We really do love our street food here in Bangkok, but every once-in-a-while, you may find us out inspecting and savouring some of the beautiful sights and neighborhoods of the city, not just eating!
We’ve recently been spending more time in the Old Town neighborhood of Bangkok. Its chill vibe is the complete opposite of the heavy traffic and buzzing sounds of downtown. Walking this quaint neighborhood will take you back to the way it used to be before technology and modernization began to change the city.
You can still catch the locals going about their daily routine: morning coffees, opening their shopfronts, cooking thai delicacies and even working on creating traditional crafts!
There is so much to explore in this area of town and, in the end, it really still is a street food heaven! Some well-known dishes and some lesser-so are laid out along the streetside for your enjoyment. You can get your mango and sticky rice fix at a michelin dessert shop and find some really great noodles nearby that may never have been on your must-try Thai food list before!
Tours of Old Town Bangkok are available daily! No need to find out by yourself, our amazing guides can show it to you!
